I was born in France, in Voiron, in 1985.
My dream has been to play in a band.
To pursue this passion, I decided to shape my life by finding employment that would allow me to engage in music on the side.
I started as a singer, then picked up the guitar and later transitioned to playing bass. After a few years, I felt the desire to learn the drums and decided to take lessons.
Initially, without access to instruments, I began writing lyrics—lots of them.
My chosen profession was machining, but due to struggling with mathematics, I opted to pursue a CQPM (Certificate of Qualification in Professional Metallurgy) as a machining technician after completing high school.
Music sparked my interest in concerts and eventually led me to discover the joy of traveling. Friends also played a significant role in igniting my passion for exploring new places.
I vividly recall the impact of moving to the Parisian suburbs. From the very first day, the absence of mountains made me yearn for the sea. This realization prompted me to relocate to Toulouse two years later, confident that I would find work there.
However, it was in Toulouse that I set the wheels in motion for a move to Australia. Yet, work opportunities were limited to Condobolin since, as an expatriate over 35, sponsorship was only feasible in remote regions—a challenge both in finding work abroad and for employers seeking foreign hires.
The irony was that I went to Australia with the intention of surfing and living by the ocean. Faced with the COVID pandemic, I found myself in Mérignac, restarting life once again—this time, with a focus on surfing (albeit not entirely) and reconnecting (approximately) with my family.
